Once a month, leading industry professionals visit CFD to discuss their insights with students and invited guests. Influencers, bloggers and emerging fashion designers inspire students with their unique knowledge and personal stories. The Fashion Forums serve as a unique bridge connecting the world of academia with the realities of the fashion industry and offer excellent networking opportunities to all participants.

The Fashion Forum 4 is all about Fashion Styling. The panel discussion is about, “Impact of Fashion Stylists on the Fashion Industry” We have some of the most influential panelists.

1. Ms. Soha Taha known as Soha MT on social media is an Egyptian style influencer living in the UAE. Soha pioneered the modest fashion style blog wave in the region and has since garnered a reputation of being one of the most influential fashion voices, which inspired her to be a business owner to her Fashion and lash lines “SohaMT collection

2. Ms. Dina Yassin, Founder & Creative Director of the recently launched Efro & Co, is also a prolific high-fashion stylist and designer whose collaborations with prominent names in the industry have led her to grace the pages of many top tier magazines such as Marie-Claire, Conde Nast Traveller, Stylist and more. She has also worked on several advertorials for clients such as Van Cleef & Arpels, Chloe, Hermès, and Estée Lauder among others.

3. Ms. Fatima Al Shirawi is a certified colour consultant by the Colour Effects Institute, UK. To compliment her passion for fashion she is certified by Polimoda Fashion School in Florence & London College of Fashion. She also has a BA in Sociology and Marketing from George Washington University.

4. Ms. Maria Gold Knudsen hailing from the Scandi style clutches of Denmark, Maria Gold Knudsen – Head of Style & Editorial Content at Ounass.com – began her sartorial career as a stylist in Copenhagen. Eagerly working her way through various coveted fashion editor and stylist roles, at key Nordic and Australian print publications, Maria quickly learned the importance and vast potential of the digital retail stratosphere.
